Super NES Classic Release Announced
The SNES Classic is here! The official release date has been announced for September 29th 2017. Amazon U.K. has already started pre-orders however it looks like that didn’t last very long. Nintendo promises to make the SNES Classic more widely available this time around.
Many classic gaming fans were upset after Nintendo discontinued the original NES Classic earlier this year. Nintendo representatives say they have a lot going on and do not have unlimited resources. With the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS still being there primary focus and platform for the future we don’t expect them to run the SNES Classic production for very long. So you need to pre-order if you can (and hope they don’t cancel it).
The SNES Classic comes loaded with 21 games and will retail for $79.99 We will update this article when other stores announce availability for pre-order.
